Taylor Swift’s official web site, Facebook page, Twitter and Instagram accounts and Tumblr have all been whipped whipped clean. Some fans have speculated that she was the victim of a massive hack, but more likely the media savvy star is drawing attention in anticipation of a major announcement.

Taylor Swift has reliably released a new album every two years, until now. Fans of the superstar have now waited almost 2 years and 10 months, since the October 2014 release of “1989”, for a new album; and now that she is on the winning side of her radio DJ groping trial, she seems primed to release it.

Swift is rumored to be in New York City and may be making the rounds of the morning TV shows on Monday.
