WE CAME AS ROMANS have announced a new album!
Titled ALL IS BEAUTIFUL…BECAUSE WE’RE DOOMED, the upcoming album from the Michigan-based metalcore band is the follow-up to 2022’s Darkbloom, and is scheduled to be released in August this year, via SharpTone Records.
The release of the new album comes ahead of the band’s headlining European and UK tour, which kicks off in September.
Alongside the announcement of the new album, WE CAME AS ROMANS have released a new music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming album; culture wound. The new song is the third single to be released from the upcoming album, following on from bad luck and no rest for the dreamer.
Speaking about the new single, the band shares, “culture wound is about taking a look inside and deciding which side of yourself is going to control your life. This song was written to question our human nature – is it inherently good or inherently selfish? Are we here to try and make something better for everyone or just survive for ourselves? All of the different ‘sides of ourselves’ that we’ve discovered, struggled with, or left behind is really what this album is about, and our journey through all of those experiences is written in every song.”
