VEIN VALKYRIES have released a new song!
Titled Cadillacs Set On Fire, it is the third and final single to be released in the lead up to the heavy rock/post-hardcore duo’s upcoming debut album The Great Suffering.
Speaking about the new song, singer/guitarist Ian Debeerst explains, “Cadillacs Set On Fire is the ballad of the album. It can be seen as a powerful waltz that ends in a blaze of pessimism, calling for the capitalist machine to be overturned and simply set on fire. I wanted to play on this “waltz of destruction” side, especially with the first guitar riff, which is built in two parts: a candid and catchy rise, followed by a chromatic descent with a destructive spirit, supported by the drum toms. The bright chorus is a candy of vocal harmonies. The final explosion and its fuzz texture, a real pleasure to play.”
