INSOMNIAC have announced their debut album!
Titled Om Moksha Ritam, the upcoming album from the Atlanta, Georgia-based post-doom metal band is their debut full-length album and is scheduled to be released in September this year, via Blues Funeral Recordings.
Debut record Om Moksha Ritam takes its name from a Buddhist mantra, in which Om is the universal heartbeat, Moksha is freedom, and Ritam is the rhythm of the universe. It’s a brooding and enlightening journey, physical and abstract, towering and transcendent. Insomniac drift between this world and the next, hovering at the periphery of consciousness.
Alongside the announcement of the debut album, the band have released a new music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming album; Mountain.
