We’re going deep into the Peruvian metal underground to offer up a full stream from instrumental stoner-psych-doom trio, El Jefazo. Their fuzzed-out, down-tuned third album, Colision Brutal, is six tracks of experimental sludge with a definite psychedelic bent. Songs are peppered with sampled dialog and the guitars are fed through head-spinning effects, covering perfectly for the lack of vocals. There’s so much going on here, you never miss them.
Colision Brutal was recorded in Eco Estudio by Camilo Uriarte and mixed and mastered by Eduardo Albareda. It will be available on vinyl for the first time on July 25. You can preorder you limited edition vinyl (250 copies only) here.
The Peruvian downers had this to say about their latest full-length:
“Colision Brutal expands our vision with complex instrumental layers, synths, and percussion, marking a bold step forward without losing the grit that defines our sound.”
