CARACH ANGREN have released a brand new song!
The new single, titled The Resurrection of Kariba, is the latest track to be lifted from the Dutch symphonic black metal band’s upcoming EP, The Cult of Kariba, which is scheduled to be released in October this year, via Season of Mist.
The song arrives alongside a 3D lyric video created by Tamara Llenas of Aimed & Framed.
A key moment in the EP’s narrative, The Resurrection of Kariba depicts a ritual to summon Kariba, a legendary poisoner and accused witch. The track intends to showcase a blend of orchestration and blackened intensity to portray her origin and the failed invocation that unleashes something far worse – one of her betrayed victims, awakened with vengeance.
